Steps to Achieve Goal
Observe and reflect on the AT’s planning and how this translates into the lessons in the classroom
Gain an understanding of the AT’s planning, base any lessons I am to teach on their plan
Identify the prior knowledge, learning needs and interests of the students and observe how this is incorporated into the AT’s planning
Keep a daily journal, reflecting on what has worked in (and out of) the classroom and how this relates to what I have learnt so far
